In a court of law. Where evidence was presented. We're not operating in a court of law here. And the Russians are going to deny any allegations, like they are right now. So, if you want to confront them and have support doing it, you need to have this locked down, because we don't have any goodwill left at the UN and NATO members are practicing hedging. But the leaks were never about that imo. The lives of US service members are in danger. Trump is the commander in chief. He is supposed to DO something. Whether the info is locked down or not, he is supposed to DO something. Whether call in the Russian ambassador or calling up Putin, he's supposed to DO something about it. He has done NOTHING.
Greg
If Trump escalates tensions with Russia that means the troops don't leave Afghanistan you fucking dumbass. Holy shit you're dumb.

Their lives are in danger because they are in Afghanistan engaged in combat with the Taliban (for 19 years now) and ISIS-K. If the concern is their lives, then bring them home, because whatever mission we are there to achieve failed a long time ago. But we're not. The House is now planning to hold up any troop withdrawal, which was likely the aim of the leaks. But Trump must do something even though I don't really want Trump to do anything but he must do something so that I can criticize him because if he doesn't then I'm going to criticize him some more. I'm Greg and I don't give a shit about the troops. That's beneath you, Lo. Or at least it should be.

If the troops aren't there they can't get shot at. They are currently in a war zone which means they are going to continue to be shot at while they are there. The obvious conclusion should be to remove the troops from the war zone so that they don't get shot at anymore. This means that you don't escalate the situation which will cause increased political pressure to keep the troops in danger in order to counter and confront Russian influence and interference in the region. You are a moron so I don't really expect you to understand all that but that is about as simple as I can make it.

He doesn't understand how this all works because he isn't very bright. 2.) He wants an incompetent President to challenge Russia who has a very competent leader. Once again this demonstrates that he isn't very bright. 3.) He says he supports the troops and wants to protect them but then is voicing an opinion that will put them in more danger. So he is either a liar, or just not very bright. Greg is really just a POS. He doesn't care about the troops, it's all partisan politics. As he has repeatedly stated over the years it's all about "getting his".

If my subordinates as well as myself are deployed to a combat zone, WHY I'm there is NOT open to discussion. Doing the job, completing the assigned mission with NO casualties is the primary thing on my mind. It's bad enough the Afghanis want to kill us, but now Russian operatives have joined the mix and goosed up the Afghanis to see that we all come home in body bags. NOW the worst thing of all is the Commander in chief not giving a shit. Not doing a goddamn thing. Greg

There is nothing honorable about "getting his" at the expense of everyone else. There is nothing honorable about wanting to put the troops in danger in order to score partisan political points against Trump. It's funny because you don't even deny that's what he is doing.

Instead you want to put them in even more danger. Good job, Greg. Good job.

How long until we call Mueller and Schiff for another fake investigation into a big ole nothing burger.
On a related note, who here can make a good butter burger?

What they don't need is the Commander in chief selling out their lives for $100,000 per corpse. Greg

Time in theater for the typical airman consists of drinking coffee, getting fatter, and collecting large pay checks. My 4 year stint in the Marines was by far more difficult than his whole career, and I didn't even really do anything or go anywhere. He has absolutely no clue what the average soldier or Marine has to go through while in those countries. He has absolutely no clue the danger that he wants to put them in. If he truly cared he would be calling on Trump to remove the troops, now. Not the exact opposite, goading Russia into more direct action.

Greg My bad 30 years chair force. And yes I'm sure being responsible for the best coffee around could be stressful. When people like yourself don't understand that they actually want to put more troops in danger it becomes disappointing that you ever lasted so long in the service and were in any sort of leadership position at all. It's a good thing you were air force, your reasoning abilities lead me to believe that had you actually lead troops in battle they would have died.
