You obviously aren't understanding basic English. You refuse to answer the question and I was very clear in my response. Not always does not equate to never. Let's start with you focusing for a minute and answering the question. I think my question to you is more relevant.
You stopped trusting the experts, so who do you now trust to get your COVID recommendations?
Freon
Lol. No you simply won't answer because you know it either makes you a hypocrite or you have to acknowledge that the experts made some huge mistakes. Here's another, if there is a novel virus is there anyone that is truly an expert with that virus?

I have zero problems acknowledging that experts make mistakes. It's not something I even register, because I expect it.
Experts being mistaken is not the issue here. What is the issue, is who then do you listen to for guidance.
I have access to experts that you do not, so maybe that is why to me, you are not making educated decisions. I am also trained in science, so when I hear other scientists make claims, I do not hear error-free advice, but the best advice they have, given the current knowledge. As knowledge changes, so too does the advice. That cycle of increasingly better advice is what I expect, whereas you see it as a failure of their expertise.
But if that is your point of view, then at some point, you are taking advice from some source, and as my goal here is to understand you, I would like to know what that source is.

Lol. We aren't talking a little mistake. We are talking massive mistakes like unnecessarily crashing economies when apparently had we simply been wearing masks this whole time everything would have been all good. Put it this way I don't pay attention to experts or anyone for that matter that is panicking. If the experts make suggestions then the data better back them up. If their suggestions aren't backed by real info then their suggestions don't mean shit. Stop running away and answer my question.

You are not qualified to validate their data, which means, again, who do you trust? What is this source of information that has you doubting professional scientists?
By your lack of answering, I have to assume it's just you. You take your own advice.

Boy are people on the left and "experts" (officials) going to look bad if all this time, as board leftists are maintaining, the cure was simply to wear the masks that experts told us not to wear. Spoken like a true unthinking Igor. You are not trained in "science" lol. You've been programmed. Your lack of an answer proves my point. The source of data is the info that is available. We have access to all that info. It's being reported daily. The suggestions by the so called experts are opinions, not facts, and their opinions have been way off. Why run from my question? Should be easy for you. You've been trained in science afterall right? 😅🤣😅🤣

Who do those like you trust?
Call me what you will, I am completely unbothered, and I have been as polite to you as I can. I genuinely want to know who you trust.

It's a silly question. I trust a variety of sources. Trust does not mean blind faith. Trust does not mean do not question them. The problem is that you equate trust with unthinking unquestioning blind loyalty. Which is kind of funny coming from someone "trained in science". LolZ

So do you wear a mask or not, and if not, what sources convinced you to not wear a mask?

So do you wear a mask or not, and if not, what sources convinced you to not wear a mask?
I wear a mask when required. If not then I don't. There are places I would wear a mask even if they were not required, like nursing homes, where there are high concentrations of high risk people who have no means to effectively protect themselves. The thing is I don't go to those types of places to begin with. Nobody convinced me to not wear a mask. It's the other way around, nobody has convinced me that this disease is dangerous enough to warrant a change to my behavior. I don't hang out in nursing homes or hospitals. I practice good hygiene. Not a fan of densely packed crowds of people. I don't socialize close enough to people where we spit on each other's faces. I don't place my mouth on random people or objects. I'm not obese and I don't have any other health issues that might compromise my immune system. Now, if you're filthy, obese, and sickly with a compromised immune system you might want to be more careful about things. The thing is you probably won't because if you would have been looking after yourself you probably wouldn't be in that position. So instead you demand everyone else sacrifice on behalf of your own selfishness and fear.

It seems on almost every thread from covid to firearms to weather to the quality of life around different cities and state Freon works closely in that field and is therefore an authority

It seems on almost every thread from covid to firearms to weather to the quality of life around different cities and state Freon works closely in that field and is therefore an authority What a renaissance man. Firearms? Me? I have incredibly low knowledge of firearms.
I have several degrees in the biological sciences. I have a graduate degree in Homeland Security. I am also an IT professional in Healthcare and Medical Research.
I've had an interesting journey to where I am. I've probably killed more animals for science with my bare hands than most of the hunters in this forum. I've implemented radiation detectors on the tops of our tallest buildings working with first responders after 9/11, and if you have anyone in your family who has diabetes, then likely the research I was part of gave them a few more years of life. I am currently moving our research teams into the cloud, and most recently have implemented an AWS system that performs AI analysis of radiology images of patient lungs to help more accurately identify COVID patients.
I am not an expert in every area, but I know enough to know the areas I DON'T know with exquisite detail. That alone seems to be the biggest difference between myself and those like you, petep.
