Deadly assault with a plastic bag! Very very dangerous situation! BIGLY bad! This the problem with these so called militia groups. They are not trained on handling urban confrontations. Most of them are pot bellied old farts that think they can relive the four years they spent in the military. The rest just want to shoot guns. When they come together, this crap happens. All this kid knew how to do was pull the trigger. You see the guy that called these goobers together is running away from Rittenhouse like his pants are on fire. Dumb assed kid. Greg

He was probably thinking "Shit, I was just doing this to collect the $15 an hour from Charles Koch."

So, as a member of the jury, you have to ask yourself "If Rittenhouse had been in compliance with the law, would this have happened?" That is, if Rittenhouse had NOT been in possession of an illegal firearm, would this chain of events have occurred? Answer is no. Greg Same question for the morons who chased Rittenhouse down and tried to pummel him with a skateboard. The third guy shot in the arm was brandishing a pistol when he was shot.
If they had ignored Rittenhouse, instead of acting like animals, would it have happened? Two way street, Greg.
I've been hit by a half brick, a bottle, and 1" hex-nuts during a riot, whilst carrying a 7.62mm self-loading rifle. Didn't shoot anyone.

Is "self-loading" what we call "automatic"?

No, this incident was precipitated by Rittenhouse. If he had been in compliance with the law it would not have happened. Greg Hooker keeps an illegal hand gun for personal protection. Hooker is performing an illegal job. Hooker meets with potential client. Client refuses to pay, assaults and attempts to rape the hooker. Hooker kills her attempted rapist with her illegal weapon. Greg: "Welp if she wasn't an illegal ho with an illegal firearm she wouldn't have been in that position. She's guilty of murder and deserves the death penalty if she also crossed state lines."

Needless to say, Rittenhouse was phucked when he stepped over the State line. His weapon was illegal. His being there with the weapon was illegal. Pointing his weapon at someone was illegal. Oh, and the result of all of this illegal activity was two dead, one injured. He's phucked.... Greg

Greg I don't think you understand that those are all separate crimes. Murder is a seperate crime. There has to be -intent-. Now if he is running away from a violent mob and he fires in self defense that completely undermines the murder charge. That doesn't effect the other charges. You have the right to defend yourself, violently if necessary. That's what it comes down to. Did he defend himself or was he the aggressor? So far all video evidence shows self defense.

I seem to recall that Kyle lives with his mom. No father in the house. So she would have had to purchase that semi auto rifle for him. She might be in some legal trouble for letting her pudgy pasty-face under-age brat get his hands on it. Obviously he'd had some time with it, because he was able to murder somebody 20 feet away. How long before Trump gives the murderer a blanket pardon? He will not have to. There is a witness that has come forward. This was a self-defense shooting. And the longer and worse these riots get, the more the more there will be.

What? That's not logical at all, nor well thought out. When did the protesters get the right to disarm someone if they don't like what he's doing? Two wrongs make a right?
Unless one is a moron, a good rule of thumb is to leave the guy alone if he has a gun.
No one has the right to point guns at people and we all have the right to disarm such a threat in the name of self defense. In case you didn't already know, it *is* a threat to point a loaded gun at someone. Yes it is in some cases, and most cases not smart to try and take it away from that person. It is a threat to throw bricks and rocks at people, also fireworks and Molotov cocktails. I am surprised there has not been more self-defense shootings, YET.
