Taking some of Kursk (with German tanks, lol) certainly puts Ukraine in a better space to negotiate. Instead of only giving up their land, they can haggle with some of Russia's...

To be fair, they don't actually have the city. Not are they likely to, IMO. Big irony if Leopards and Marders roll into Kursk instead of Tigers and Hanomags.

According to the Washington Post, there have been indirect talks going on between Russia and Ukraine in Qatar; however, Ukraine's Kursk offensive may have temporarily delayed those talks. However, Russia denies talks were happening.

It was so cute how they thought Joe Biden was making decisions. Now talk of a ceasefire and diplomacy is an immediate indicator of being a pro-Putin fascist , or even a homophobic Russian Nazi.
