You aren't reading for comprehension. Not all flu cases are included, but if someone codes the flu or pneumonia as COVID 19, it is assumed to be accurate even without a test. That is what clinically confirmed means. It means someone looked at the person and said "yeah, that's probably the Rona" and the government went with it. I'm saying, without the test, the eyeball method is unreliable and certainly leads to increased positive cases. |
