Why are they just figuring out that targeted interventions of at risk populations would be the proper policy?  That was obvious from the beginning.

Bending the curve didn't prevent jack shit, it prolonged the outbreak in order prevent an overwhelming of the medical system or at least that's what they said.

The CDC website even includes directions for no-sew masks made from bandannas and T-shirts. Cloth masks should include multiple layers of fabric.
