Deaths in America are “spiraling out of control”? Lol. What a fucking idiot.

Sweden's looking good, better than us anyways. The new infections are down and deaths (from previous infection)are way down.
We're too free in this country to flatten any curves and will be the first large nation to achieve a costly herd immunity. It's like there's a race to get there between spread and vaccine, and spread has a helluva head start.

I love when the left outright shows us they don't know what they are talking about. I also love it when they flat out say we are too free. Classic.

How much do we want to destroy the economy in a futile attempt to prevent t he inevitable?

But if you exclude the early days when we treated everyone with respirators, it is probably below that of the flu.

How dare you mock the all important case counts! 😲. There are going to be trillions of deaths in Sweden because of you! 🤬

What figures do you have for it Greg? I'm asking. Any ideas? Greg Nope. I suspect it's pretty small though or there would be headlines like, " Not only will covid kill trillions, those trillions also won't be able to walk again!"

Don’t forget your wife’s cousin. That’s two. Should be enough to terrify everybody.

What figure you got for those that DON'T die from it but are phucked up permanently? Greg I said probably. We incorrectly treated this thing for several months. It wasn't until recently that they started treating it like hypoxia instead of pneumonia. Now the success rate is up. Way up. It was approximately a 0.2% infection mortality rate before (based on the Stanford study and one other that I can't remember who did) they switched methods. Now I expect it is half that. But that is my guess, not a fact. The fact is it is lower. I just don't know how much lower.

If I told you X number of people will die and it can happen in 6 months with no interference or 12 months but we would lose millions of jobs, wreck millions of retirement accounts and drive up suicide stats, which would you take?

Is the metric to be measured deaths or free choice.
The govt could have threatened death to anyone who left home and we may have significantly reduced deaths of 80 year olds.
Would that be success?

Although "Live Free or Die" is a catchy slogan, I'm wondering if having to take rational steps to reduce the odds of the pandemic going out of control (or more out of control) and killing a lot more innocent souls is worse than death.
The thing is, I probably would not be wearing a face mask everywhere I go if there wasn't a government edict. And I don't think I'm so different than the average bear.
