There is risk in life, Greg. Time is scarce to all of us, and it's up to us to manage the risk of day-to-day life. Continued biological existence at 100% certainty while holed up on house arrest is not preferable to me than 99.99% certainty of existence while doing what I want and what brings me joy.

Stu's article isn't wrong per se, but it is. It isn't wrong in that there are only about 9700 that died with only the coding for COVID-19. Bullshit .. Take a person with Type 1 Diabetes.
If that person is bitten by a shark and while in the ER they have trouble managing that person's blood sugar and that person dies.. Shark bite IS the cause of death.. Period.

Now that the second wave is hitting states below the 35th parallel and those happen to be mostly red states. Politics had nothing to do with it.
