A federal appeals court on Wednesday ordered Judge Emmet Sullivan to dismiss the case against former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn, a surprise conclusion in a long-running political fight.
This was a pretty egregious display of weaponizing the legal system.
Hey guys. Remember 4 years ago when we were arguing about all of this stuff?
Has it occurred to any of you how consistently right I've been? I should have been archiving all our arguments from the early days of these discussions about how our justice system is being weaponized.
I wonder when Vypr is going to finally get one right and they're going to haul Jared Kushner out in handcuffs.

The only discount Flynn got was the plea agreement where if he agreed to plead guilty to this innocuous charge with a guarantee of no jail time they would stop destroying everything he had worked his whole life to build and the investigators wouldn't go after his son and destroy his life too. Like he had *any* reason to be a martyr for Donald Trump simply because he was caught up in the McCarthyism.

Now, if Flynn hadn't been calling up Russian spies and then LYING about it, he wouldn't have been in court to begin with. So Flynn plead guilty TWICE. Before TWO Judges. How does that make them incompetent? BTW, as we speak Congress is questioning a whistleblower on DOJ corruption. I hope they ask a question or two about Flynn. Greg He plead guilty under duress and only as part of a plea agreement that was explained to both judges. Both you and that fool of a judge, Sullivan, know that innocent people sometimes have to take that guilty plea route to avoid being ruined, avoid their families being harrassed or to avoid being sentenced to excessive prison terms. |

I also find it hysterical that right wingers ALWAYS bring up his son. They always claim Flynn took a deal because the FBI threatened his son. BUT, the other side of the conversation the right wing FORGETS to ask is: "FROM WHAT"? Save his son from WHAT?
