The U.S. hasn't changed any rules. Voting is done State by state. In your world, it's ok to STOP people from voting to save them from voter fraud. THAT'S what is happening. We voted by mail in the primary, just to test it. It sucked. We received the ballots in the mail. mr crepe took the filled out ballots over to the Post Office and put them in a special mail box and then the ballots were ? We have no idea. Were they just left there? We do know that on the ballot there were reps and dems running for local offices. We just voted again this week because no one got enough votes and it had been narrowed down to two candidates., both of whom are democrats. Hmmm. We live in a basically republican suburb. It is a parish vote, though, so that could count for the discrepency. Oh, in this states, counties are called parishes. Long story.
