Continued the president: "They want $25 billion for the post office. Now, they need that money in order to have the post office work so it can take all of these millions and millions of ballots. Now, in the meantime, they aren't getting there. But if they don't get those two items, that means you can't have universal mail-in voting because they're not equipped to have it." So what he is railing against is the use of federal dollars for election fraud. Do you think it is wrong for the President to prevent tax payer money from being used to commit fraud against the people?

Here's the thing. Trump is attempting to STOP ALL mail in voting in ALL 50 states. Republican AND Democrat. That includes military mail in voting. That's what is happening here.

Well apparently, the Supreme Court agrees with the Dems:

The Supreme Court on Thursday rejected a Republican National Committee challenge to Rhode Island's move to waive a requirement that two witnesses or a notary validate a voter's signature on mailed-in ballots.
In April, Gov. Gina Raimondo, a Democrat, suspended the two-witness requirement for the state’s June 2 presidential primary – which was originally scheduled for April 28 – because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Common Cause Rhode Island, the League of Women Voters of Rhode Island and others sued to extend the rule change. State officials eventually agreed to waive the requirement for the Sept. 8 statewide primary – which includes Rhode Island's U.S. House seats and one of its Senate seats – and the November general election.
Rhode Island is set to mail absentee ballots this week for its September primary. Races on the ballot include seats in both houses of the General Assembly, Rhode Island’s two congressional seats and one of the state’s two Senate seats.

I supervised a traditional neighborhood polling place back in 1978. From what I saw go on there, I regard vote-by-mail as just as reliable and secure, if not more so.
For the past 40 years or so, I have voted in every election via a mail-in ballot.
Trump's efforts to discredit mail-in voting are shallow attempts to win the election by disenfranchising legitimate voters. It is disgusting. But then, so is Trump.
