The simple fact remains that Ashli Babbitt wasn't murdered. She was trying to invade a restricted area and deadly force was used to repel her aggression. The capitol cop was just doing his job in the face of an out of control riotous mob.
That's just not true. "Invading a restricted area" is trespassing; any cop anywhere else that shoots an unarmed trespasser would be charged with murder. Ashli Babbitt was not one of the ones that was "out of control", which means that she was randomly murdered for the activity of others.
