There is nothing all that complicated or intricate about this problem. We put a man on the moon. We can do brain and face transplants.
We are not far off from growing people in Petri dishes and using smart robots to do all of our work.
Yet putting a bar code or QR code on a ballot is a bridge too far?
I don't think so.
You can write off these concerns about voter fraud as mere attempts at voter suppression. That's really all this is.

Apparently, you haven't been paying attention. The efforts are to get each STATE to open up voting by mail. That 50 states. Many are already doing just that.
Get it straight.

The only pitfall you've brought up is the time you believe it would take to count the votes. Nontheless, a legal vote is a legal vote. Whether by mail or at the polls.

I think there are differences but I'm really not sure what is gained by highlighting them or making an argument about them. What's the point? There is none as far as I can tell. Maybe I should tune into Fox News to see if our LNF righty's got the messaging wrong. I have a hunch something has been lost in translation.  The way you edit the post tells me you misread it. its astounding that I can travel virtually any place on the planet, use an ATM, and it knows immediately who I am, how much money I have, and even give me my currency in local funds, performing the exchange adjustment...
yet the feds can't figure out one man one vote...or rather, they'd really rather not solve doing it accurately and correctly.
