I shop Trader Joes every week, and they are one of the most inclusive, kind, sensitive, California-thinking businesses I can think of (Same with In-N-Out, a highly conservative leaning business, who puts conservative messaging directly on their packaging).

I haven't shopped at Trader Joe's in about a decade. I found their merchandise to be over-priced and not of any better quality or selection that I can get elsewhere.
Also years ago I remember reading that the chain has a discriminatory policy about where it puts its branches. It refuses to site its stores in racially diverse communities with lower average incomes, even if the proposed location within that community is upscale. They might cloak their policy with economic dodge words, but the net effect is that Trader Joe's only puts its stores in predominately higher income white communities. I do not want to support such a strategy.
The their cloying racially tinged product names may seem to be trivial, but the chain's refusal to change to something less offensive is emblematic of their racist outlook.
There's nothing at Trader Joe's that I can't get elsewhere without having to deal with their yuppier than thou culture.

How do you determine if it's a legitimate case? Obvious racism is when an entire 'race' is categorized or hijacked, when it is done intentionally, and from the perspective of a different 'race' projecting a sense of ownership or superiority. This definition is just my opinion.
