Souns like Jimmy Cagney or Humphrey Bogart, and I finally remember the name of the lady in African Queen. Katherine Hepburn. And she had a temper. I'll go with African Queen. I will not use a lifeline. And even if it's not African Queen, that was a really good movie and it deserves a plug. You're correct that it is either Cagney or Bogart. that dame word just sounds like them. I'm gonna go with Cagney, but not a clue as to the movie. Thanks for shaking up my gray cells. It's your fault if I end up in a nursing home for the demented now. |

I bet Mercy knows this one. or surely somebody else in that big happy posting family known as the LNF. I just had an epiphany. I kind of hate it when that happens, too. At my age they often cause permanent damage. I had this vague memory of Dino and Ricky running from defillade to defillade shooting at bad guys. Or maybe it was Duke and Ricky. I feel sure Ricky was one of them and Amos McCoy wasn't. Nope. Before my time. |
