I don't recall that he has.

Yeah, the problem with that approach is at least two-fold:
1) In America, we have entire states where the majority of adults are still not covid vaccinated.
2) The unvaccinated potential function as covid breeding grounds, churning out new, more contagious, and more lethal variants.
3) The new variants from Smelly's variant factories in turn could well be resistant to the available vaccines. Example: the Delta variant. And who knows how resistant, communicable, and lethal the next major variant will be?
4) The only poetic justice could be for Smelly to get a covid variant down the line and be beyond medical intervention.
