If the past exists, it would be rather tense.

If the past exists, it would be rather tense. I clicked on here because there was a message left eleven minutes and some incalculable causality time ago from a guy named Ulysses. And then I see that. C'mon, man.

And don't forget your past participle.

In some jurisdictions, conjugation in public is against the law.

I'm of the general opinion that science and religion generally do not mix well. Key to religion is an unchanging belief in what is right. Key to science is basing one's conclusions on verifiable evidence. Problems occur when verifiable evidence conflicts with immutable belief. Add to that the tendency of science to change its conclusions based on new verifiable evidence, and we have the recipe for conflict. Then you also have pseudo scientists who fervently believe their theories are immutable. Generally speaking, this is a recipe for bad science. Even the general theory of relativity could be subject to review based on new data. Humanity seems to have resolved the tendency of religion to be rigid by spawning new religions that propose different manifestations of supreme being(s). Sadly this has all too often led to religious wars, leaving one to wonder what the point is of religion to begin with.
As a side note, it's known the general theory of relativity is wrong. The math breaks down and creates mathematical singularities in certain situations.
Well said though, I'd thumbs up 15 times if I could.

You're making a confusion with the colonel theory... the general theory is fine.

I think Einstein used to say that all the time...

Einstein merely rejected the randomness that was essential for the theory of quantum mechanics. He felt it should be possible, somehow, for example, to determine both the position and speed of a subatomic particle at any given point in time. While so far this has not been possible, it doesn't mean Einstein was right or wrong. It just is what it is, and what it is, is that we just don't know. Einstein himself, although of Jewish ancestry, did not profess any particular religion. Science was his religion.

Eh, careful now. Einstein did think it's possible a god could exist. Just not a personal god that had anything to do with matters in our universe.
Now is there a practical difference? ... well I'd say no, but that's just my opinion.
I'd also say that Einstein probably had to say certain things in the time that he lived in order to keep religious people from trying to kill him. (Speculation.)

Well, a scientist would not rule out the possibility of the existence of a supreme being. Largely because it's really impossible to know other than through one's religious beliefs.
And yes, Einstein narrowly escaped being sent to a concentration camp so clearly he had to aware of political dangers.

You gotta be really stupid to hold a conversation like this. Total libtardation. You all hate history, science, and reality. Einstein's GR was not about morality just so you know.
