Once again, the Simpleton has his finger on the pulse of America. I say yes, but the electoral cottage is in the constitution. Which makes it extremely hard to get rid of But also extremely hard to do would be to get all the states to allocate their electoral votes based on the popular vote within each state That wouldn’t require an amendment to the constitution but would require a lot of people to act like adults But changing the constitution would still be better because states could always change how they allocate their electoral votes. We must divide something to protect people from ourselves |

Why does California get 54 congressman and Wyoming or Alaska 1 (less than the amount of senators? ) Because no one lives there. By your dumbfuck logic every state should get 8.7 congressional seats regardless of population.
