Did you actually fully read the article that you linked to? They arrested her after a months long investigation. I don't know why they didn't arrest the boyfriend. Apparently he was the one that called 911 but the dispatcher spoke to her. Maybe he didn't know there was a baby in the toilet? Seems unlikely but there aren't many details about his role. The main point being is that if emergency personnel find a baby in your toilet and it dies on the way to the hospital somebody is going to end up being arrested. It has absolutely nothing to do with abortion, the overturning of Roe vs wade, or Trump. Which is stupid and she is being used as an example. Why would the dispatcher need to speak to a bleeding out woman. Women don’t bleed out during a normal delivery. There is no blood involved. There is nothing in the report that says the .baby drowned in the toilet. It was probably even breathing yet. This case is total bs First.
