she unexpectedly gave birth !Off with her head! Don't worry Beau... I will be sure to stand around and watch you die in the equivalent of toilet too. As you struggle for breath and slowly die, I will be sure to flippantly say off with your head.

Run away loser. Like you almost always do. ""During her second trimester, Marsh said, she unexpectedly gave birth in the middle of the night while on a toilet in her off-campus apartment. She remembered screaming and panicking and said the bathroom was covered in blood." A layman's term .. A term used by someone still shaking from the experience .. NOT an accurate medical description of the events.. e.g. what you call a bruise, your medical record will list as a contusion..
Nothing you've posted concerning live births applies.. Nothing. You even tried to move the goal posts blabbering about 3rd Trimester births.
I just gave you a medical definition of "miscarriage" and "trimesters" that you ignored because they totally fuck your lie about this. Her case didn't make it past the grand jury in hyper-racist Orangeburg, SC.. FFS .. .. but by all means keep lying that "she unexpectedly gave birth" doesn't in this case, mean "miscarriage" ..
And for one more boot up your lying ass.. If we were to use your idiotic definition.. ALL miscarriages would be considered as "unexpectedly gave birth"..
Yes.. You are that stupid ..
Give me back my boots ..
I can't believe you wrote all that. You are such a tool.

This is just another desperate attempt by the left to make this issue about abortion when it has absolutely nothing to do with it.
She was found with a living premature baby in her toilet which later died on the way to the hospital.
She was told by the 911 dispatcher to remove the baby from the toilet but she did not.
Of fucking course there is going to be an investigation and possible charges for child abuse/neglect that led to the baby's death.

South Carolina... "During her second trimester, Marsh said, she unexpectedly gave birth in the middle of the night while on a toilet in her off-campus apartment. She remembered screaming and panicking and said the bathroom was covered in blood. “I couldn’t breathe,” said Marsh, now 23. The next day, when Marsh woke up in the hospital, she said, a law enforcement officer asked her questions. At that point, she said, she didn’t know she was being criminally investigated. Yet three months after her loss, Marsh was charged with murder/homicide by child abuse, law enforcement records show. She spent 22 days at the Orangeburg-Calhoun Regional Detention Center, where she was initially held without bond, facing 20 years to life in prison. This August, 13 months after she was released from jail to house arrest with an ankle monitor, Marsh was cleared by a grand jury. Her case will not proceed to trial." She was accused of murder after losing her pregnancy. SC woman now tells her story www.cnn.com/2024/09/23/health/south-carolina-abortion-kff-health-news-partner/index.htmlAbortion lovers have to leave out vital details of these stories, otherwise normal people would be appalled at the evil practice of abortion that they worship.
You weren't honest with us, were you, Wads?
In the middle of the night, she said, the pain started again. She woke up, she recalled, feeling an intense urge to use the bathroom. “And when I did, the child came,” she said. “I screamed because I was scared, because I didn’t know what was going on.”
Her boyfriend at the time called 911. The emergency dispatcher “kept telling me to take the baby out” of the toilet, she recalled. “I couldn’t because I couldn’t even keep myself together.”
First medical responders detected signs of life and tried to perform lifesaving measures as they headed to Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, the incident report said. But at the hospital, Marsh learned that her infant, a girl, had not survived.
You are willfully ignorant. You, and others, believe anything called an abortion means an unresponsible female. This is why men should not make laws involving women’s healthcare, period. You judge others by comparison vs empathy & understanding.

I am not the one who quoted an article about a child that was born dying in a toilet and acting like its about abortions... You don’t even understand how an abortion is defined.

You're a piece of crap that only cares about "the unborn" so long as it suits your agenda. What you're truly are is a trump slave.Go fuck yourself, asshole!

Who saved her and did not save (possibly) the baby? Is it possible for a woman to sit on a toilet and deliver a baby? I never heard of it being that easy. But I have to admit, you never know.

Failing to see the Trump/losing connection here. It is all about abortion laws in the states Before Dobbs, this would have never happened

If abortion vengeance is the name of the game, wouldn't it be wiser to take it out on state leadership? No, we were just fine before Dobbs. I wasn’t broke and didn’t need fixing But it's reality now. It's a states issue. Stick your pins in Trump all you want, it's not going anywhere. It's not going back to the federal level where it doesn't belong.
