Complete and utter bullshit. You should know better. D&C is not illegal in Georgia. She caught an infection related to her abortion. The doctors, hospital, chose to monitor her infection rather than operate. That is not uncommon at all. They gave her antibiotics and chose to wait. The hospital failed to properly monitor her and should be held accountable. It has nothing to do with abortion being legal or not. She got one using one of the most common ways of doing it and she had a rare bad reaction. The hospital failed to do it's job.

I don’t know how anyone could read this facts of this article and walk away believing it had to do with abortion laws. Despite the spin They clearly state doctors were monitoring her infection - they simply waited to long and the infection go out of control. They make that clear. My dad died of an infection from pressure sores that began in rehab. I don’t think I’d claim he died due to abortion laws.

Her death had nothing to do with the laws. It had to do with medical professionals who the article states were observing her infection and waited too long. It’s quite possible they wanted to get the infection under control with antibiotics before doing any medical procedure. Sop. You should know this. Sometimes the ld50 rate gets out of control with an infection.

The problem here is that lawmakers are interfering with medical procedures. Abortion should be between the doctor and the patient. Not by people who know nothing about medicine

You and your ilk try to gaslight; but that doesn’t work on me. “… But just that summer, her state had made performing the procedure a felony, with few exceptions. Any doctor who violated the new Georgia law could be prosecuted and face up to a decade in prison. Thurman waited in pain in a hospital bed, worried about what would happen to her 6-year-old son, as doctors monitored her infection spreading, her blood pressure sinking and her organs beginning to fail. It took 20 hours for doctors to finally operate. By then, it was too late. …” www.propublica.org/article/georgia-abortion-ban-amber-thurman-deathThey didn’t “wait”. No doctor would wait to do a procedure they know is needed. You cannot gaslight me, a career RN, BSN! Your party is a clear and present danger to women.

Now you’re editorializing about what happened and how this woman was thinking. Stop letting your radical leftist emotions seize you. You are being manipulated. Just like the followers of Castro, Chavez, Mao, Lenin, Hitler. She died because tbe medical staff screwed up. The same people you are part of. No where in the article does it state that doctors waited for some sort of legal opinion regarding saving her life. Which all the laws currently allow for. You are the one making that massive assumption and leap past the facts as we know them from this article.

This looks to be one of those cases. Tragic, but the doctors f***ed up. There was no longer a baby. The abortion had already taken place.

A D&C is certainly not a felony WHEN THERE IS NO PREGNANCY.
This woman went to great lengths to kill her unborn child, yet you blame the consequences on everyone else but her.
Have the integrity to cry a little for the thousands of unborn human beings slaughtered by your death cult on the same day that this woman was lost.
From YOUR article:
There is also an exception, included in most bans, to allow abortions “necessary in order to prevent the death of the pregnant woman or the substantial and irreversible physical impairment of a major bodily function.”
In this case, there was no pregnant woman, so the Georgia didn't even apply to her. D&C is not abortion if there is no baby. A competent RN would know that; why don't you?

You are seriously fucked up in the head boy. When I speak the truth on abortion, I get nasty lies like this from that same leftist filth that celebrate and defend the slaughter of thousands of unborn children every day.
You don't have the balls to be honest on this subject, do you, boy?
