This is not a law problem, its a doctors should have acted sooner to save her life problem.

Complete and utter bullshit. You should know better. D&C is not illegal in Georgia. She caught an infection related to her abortion. The doctors, hospital, chose to monitor her infection rather than operate. That is not uncommon at all. They gave her antibiotics and chose to wait. The hospital failed to properly monitor her and should be held accountable. It has nothing to do with abortion being legal or not. She got one using one of the most common ways of doing it and she had a rare bad reaction. The hospital failed to do its job. Yup. Hundreds of thousands die every year due to medical errors. This looks to be one of those cases. Tragic, but the doctors f***ed up. There was no longer a baby. The abortion had already taken place. Oh Hell! You have got to be kidding! This was NOT malpractice! It was the handy work of the top moron down handcuffing the doctors. |
