Bredesen lost by 242,033 votes. Then in 2020 her appeal only saw an "uptick in registrations (up by 32,252)." So, diminishing returns two years later in a much bigger race.
How many of the 65,000 and 32,252 actually voted? How many of the 65,000 in 2018 were in Tennessee?
