Hey yall, when you get settled in and everything, let me know if you'd like me to shut down "The New Liberty Forum" www.blueridgedebate.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=17. I had that as a placeholder as people realized that Solar was going to do what he did eventually where people could talk safely. I didn't give shiat if it interfered with Solar's rankings, but I've obviously always had a soft spot for you guys. Also if you need someone with experience hosting, and have questions or anything, let me know. I'll be easier to find on BRD though. I'm probably not going to check here often. From experience you should get off this "free" stuff as soon as possible, they will turn it off without notice especially if you're not a fit with their advertisers, which politics is usually not. While there's little that we agree on politically, we're here because we all prefer a good scrum instead of an echo chamber. We run toward the fight, not away. I just hope that a few more of the right of center folks migrate as well. Any chance the we can entice Wadsworth out of retirement? Liberal but fun to play with. Anyone know his whereabouts? How about Freon Bale? Oh, by the way, CadesCove and patrick joined over there right before this kerfuffle. Can someone let them know? And Stu, Jasmine and JiminyCricket. Thanks. |

Good to see so many familiar handles.
I sure hope this is the last of our LNF Trail of Tears marches. Feet are getting sore.
Thanks again Fids for setting this up. I actually went ahead and registered a free board too when I saw Solar and Taxed begun their drama. I've been messing with it, pretty clean, similar to this one, and will keep as a standby/backup. Like you, I don't have the time to properly manage a site, although w/LNF we're pretty laissez-faire, so no modding would work most of the time.
We (here) even have a Demos thread again! It's coming together, lol!
