There's no need to chip in here. Everybody knows that you'll support whatever they do. So worthless. Fobbit: "There's no need to chip in here. Everybody knows that you'll support whatever they do." Also Fobbit (coming soon): "OMG why are prices for commodities so high!!!! I blame Biden!!!!1111" I blame Trump. I blame Woodrow Wilson. And yes, Biden has a disproportionate amount of responsibility. The fact that you don’t see how currency debasement hits the poor the hardest is just because you’re stupid. That’s it.

Damn why are the Houthis doing unprovoked attacks what a bunch of dicks. What did we ever do to them besides help Saudi Arabia perform military operations and bombing campaigns against them which was none of our business and the blockades against them were causing 10s of 1000s of people to die from cholera? Geez. Take that, Houthis. DON'T MESS WITH AMERICA, PARTICULARLY WHEN IT'S ENTIRELY UNPROVOKED. Is that sarcasm or sarcasm of sarcasm or....?Just regular sarcasm. Too many Americans acting like history started yesterday.

Approve. Every dead terrorist makes the world a tiny bit better. These wankers have been trying to kill underpaid, unarmed, civilians on cargo ships. Utterly beyond contempt. Ignored clear warnings from USN & RN. I don't usually use Americanisms, but I really like "fuck around & find out". Well done your leadership & Navy, well done ours (and the RAF).

I was talking online with an American yesterday who had no idea that the CIA & MI6 had toppled an Iranian Government in 1953, or that the UK & USSR invaded Iran in '41, and had never heard of the Anglo-Persian Oil Company. He started from the position "why do those crazy Iranians hate us?" & went to "fuuuuuuck......"

It's god damned anti American to disapprove. Every bullet and bomb we spend on spreading sacred democracy represents a good paying middle class American job.
Love it or leave it! Queshank
It's not "spreading democracy", it's "stopping a bunch of deluded fuck heads from messing with world trade..ooops... protecting $600p.m. sailors"

What's the solution outside of policing the world's trading routes? Long term: helping catastrophic skipfire countries like Yemen become a bit more like Canada.

The only Iranians I know are educated 1st/2nd gen immigrants here. Apparantly (some of) the proles believe the propaganda. Iranians who can read & write want to be like Western Europe. The religious crazies are what they are.

Uncle Scam and his faithful lapdog companion UK to the rescue. Literally, yes. There's no way to spin it cynically. Shooting down missiles aimed at unarmed cargo shis, and destroying launch capabilities for them, is a definitively good thing.

What's the solution outside of policing the world's trading routes? Long term: helping catastrophic skipfire countries like Yemen become a bit more like Canada. Thank you. When we consider the infrequency of success in our "nation building" endeavors, policing the world's trade routes is the only option, outside of resigning to traffic interruptions and all they entail. The owners of capital, big and small, very much prefer protected routes that ensure efficient trade. The rest of us like our stuff in stock and at the lowest price.

Here in UK, we started the long climb from autocracy and religioys meddling in Government in the 17th Century (by sending our Taliban to the Colonies 😂🤣). It took 250 years after that. It might take the Middlle East basket cases as long. They haven't even started....

There is something humorous about powerful militaries going after minor players, like a hawk going after a hummingbird.
