It's instructive how some here misspell Lomeliar.

Lol it's fascinating that you ignore all the reporting, the AG, the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, Ohio lawyers and legal scholars and then can't provide anything to back up your bullshit. You're just mad, you hate republicans, and you hate the system. Sucks to be you. Hahahaha Shitbag took five days to come back from that ass-kicking, and all he as was a weak-ass Derp. Take the 'L' and GTFO. I've decided to just quit him like I quit monster man. It's just no use. lameashit just can't get his head around the fact that activists challenging existing laws is not the same thing as the state trying to enforce existing laws that are now null and void because of a state constitutional amendment.

Lomelis sources the AG, the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, Ohio lawyers and legal scholars to back up the argument. RunswithoutBrain literally just makes stuff up out of thin air and can't provide any source for his bullshit. NeanderTard, "Dat b an askicket!" *drool, fart, snort* Yes, the NeanderTard really is this dumb. You idiot. I literally posted the text of the OH constitutional amendment. And section D proclaims the amendment self executing. Self executing means the legal equivalent of "game over." Again, no official of the state of OH will attempt to enforce any of the OH abortion laws passed in the last two years. The current suits you reference are not ones defending those existing laws. I haven't made up anything. You just can't recognize reality or even how our state and federal governments work.

I sort of hope Fox "News" comes out with another bullshit story about how a dead Marines' family had to pay for the return of their remains. He really got into that one, stuck with it even after being confronted by the USMC statements that it was false. He probably still believes it is true.

A constitutional amendment is supreme over any existing laws that violate the new amendment. Ass I've already told you more than once, no OH district attorney or the state attorney general or anyone else is trying to defend the laws on abortion that OH passed in the prior two years. Nobody. You're the only one. The suits being filed challenging the existing laws are made by abortion advocates. This is what lawyers do. ANY lawyer will take upa case that they KNOW they will win. Hell, their fondest wish is that OH would try to defend the prior laws all the way to the state supreme court because they would prize a supreme c09urt win over any lower court victory. Why don't you search this phrase...."do constitutional amendments supersede existing laws that are in violation of the amendment." Let us all know what you find.

It is quite evident that you will never understand this or how it works. No, the problem is that you can't read and can't follow a conversation. No shit RunswithoutBrain. The argument is how do those laws that already exist and conflict with the new amendment get addressed, changed, and/or removed altogether. YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO READ. I've not argued that they or anyone else is going to defend those laws. I've not been defending those laws. UNFORTUNATELY YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO READ. Planned Parenthood, the ACLU, etc, aren't going to waste their limited resources on shit that is unnecessary you imbecile. They are doing it because the laws are still in place and many doctors/organizations have policies in place that will continue to follow those laws until they are clearly eliminated or changed in order to legally protect themselves. The better question is "how are existing laws addressed that either conflict with or outright violate a new constitutional amendment in Ohio?" you fucking retard. The problem is I've already addressed this repeatedly with links from the people in Ohio that are involved with the issue but you are TOO STUPID AND ARROGANT TO UNDERSTAND. You think you know better than the legal scholars, the AG, the ACLU, planned parenthood, fucking everybody involved with the process there. And you can't cite anything whatsoever that counters what they are saying is the process to address those laws that violate the amendment. Please continue to make a fool of yourself.

No, the "conversation" is the topic of this thread. And how OH Republicans did everything they could think of before, during, and after the constitutional amendment vote to sabotage it, confuse voters with stupid language twisting, attempt to change the threshold for adoption of a voter referendum, and other examples of how Republicans hate our form of government when it doesn't work out the way they want. Fof the last goddamn time, ANY constitutional amendment that is adopted and ratified takes precedence over and makes nulla and void any existing laws that are in violation of the amendment. Hell, I even posted the text of the thing and pointed out to you the last statement of it....."this section is self exeuting." That means no additional efforts need be made for the amendment to be in effect. Just because you're now down in the weeds about court cases being filed with regard to any of those existing laws means less than nothing. The fact remains that no one representing the state of OH is attempting to defend any of those laws. BECAUSE THOSE LAWS ARE NOW UNCONSTITUTIONAL. I've already explained to you why this is happening; abortion advocates are filing cases solely because they KNOW they'll win those cases. The only expense involved is with the actual filing of the documents. All those attorneys for all those cases you're in the weeds with would be attorneys working for the same organizations they do now, making the same salary whether of not they're acttually working on a particular case. This thread is about how Republicans prove over and over they hate our form of government. It's not about your getting down in the weeds over some tangential bullshit. Just like you always do....the dead Marine.....the fiscal year stuff.....you continually revert to irrelevant bullshit when you keep being proved wrong. But I'm willing to point out your mistaken view as long as you continue to present it. Bottom line: nothing further needs to be done for existing laws to be negated due to a constitutional amedment. No matter how much you whine and cry about it.

When everybody is going through processes and procedures in that state that show you don't know what the fuck you are talking about yet you continue to cling to your idiocy. Have you bothered to think that if it was as easy as you say it is that they simply would just do that? Have you considered that at all? Have you considered why all the experts are saying the exact opposite of what you are saying? Are you really this dumb, ignorant, and arrogant? That you know better than all those people that are currently working with the system? Have you not figured out why you can't find any source whatsoever that backs up your bullshit? No, they aren't doing it simply because they know the laws are unconstitutional. They are doing it because people are still following the laws on the books because they are afraid of legal consequences and are seeking clarity. Put down the meth pipe and actually pay attention. Which has been effectively countered and which you have proven over and over again that you don't understand how government works and that you actually are the one that hates our form of government. Wipe away your tears. Lol@ the projection. You have yet to prove me wrong. Do we need to go back over the number of factual errors you made and that you've admitted to in this thread alone? I've already told you that these suits are just a formatlity....mostly to add to the win record of the attorneys bringing the suits. And I forgot to mention the other day that typically, the loser in a court case must pay the legal fees of the winner's attorneys. So your whine about the alleged massive expense of any of this is also bullshit. Just like everything else about you. You need to take a fifth grade civics class that focuses on constitutional amendmants. Because you're currently massively stupid....a nanowit. What the hell do you think will actually happen in all these great court cases that you seem to think are in support of the existing laws? I'll tell you.....every goddamn one ot them will be ruled in favor of the plaintiff and against the state of OH. What the fuck do you think you're trying to do? What exactly is it that you don't understand about the effect of a constitutional amendment? Is it just due to you being a fucking nanowit? A nanowit is one billionith of a nitwit. But maybe he's finally come to grips with his massive ongoing fail. I gave him the text of the OH constitutional amendment and pointed out how the last line of it says "this section is self executing." That didn't take, apparently. I came in this morning with another nugget from the state of OH. This is it: codes.ohio.gov/;jsessionid=322bac0ed87337f5c21afb09b517It tells us "Ohio law consists of the Ohio Constitution, the Ohio Revised Code, and the Ohio Administrative Code" and then says "the Constitution is the states' highest law, superseding all others." You'd think all of what I've already provided would be enough to convince even a nanowit. I'd say there's still half a chance he'll return in a few days to get stomped yet again. Weird.

Hell, while I'm here I might as well get more back on topic and suggest at least an honorable mention to the Republicans (trump himself and most of his more depraved hangers on) who can't seem to bring themselves to say if they'll accept the results of the election in November. It just goes to show how a lie about a stolen election, repeated relentlessly, is taken as truth in spite of evidence to the contrary. It also is a fine illustration of how a shitload of Republicans hate our form of government. It also lends support to the old precept that people have always been afraid of things they don't understand. Math, science, reality, whatever.

I have no idea if anyone else has ever used this term but I will take credit for inventing it in honor or you. An alleged American who can't grasp fifth grade civics. You suck LMAO I know this is difficult for you, RunsWithoutBrain. Focus. You didn't read or address anything that I actually said. You ignored it and closed your eyes and spouted the same ole bullshit. So I'm going to repost my statement so that you can read it and you can actually address what I've said and answer my questions. Here we go: "They've followed the legal processes that are open to them that you continue to cry about. Why do you hate our system so much? LMAO. The problem is the text that you quoted doesn't do what you think it does you dumb fucking moron. Jaysus, how is this not obvious to you? Wipe away your tears." Lol@ the projection. You have yet to prove me wrong. Do we need to go back over the number of factual errors you made and that you've admitted to in this thread alone? Bottom line. You're wrong. You can't back up your bullshit. Now you are going to cry some more.

My favorite nanowit on this forum just keeps on going. Hilarious. I don't know what it is that you can't seem to understand or grasp about the import of a constitutional amendment. Whatever it is, it must be a powerful load of bullshit, which I can understand would be appealing to a nanowit such as yourself. Look, dumbass, the fact remains that NOBODY for the state of OH is even attempting to defend any of these nonsense lawsuits you keep crying and bleating about. You just don't know what the hell you're talking about (typical nanowit behavior). Guess what? Lawyers place as much stock in win/lose records as head coaches on college football teams. I DON'T listen to most of what you say because most of if is nanowit nonsense or just bullshit. I've proven you wrong over and over in this. But you keep trying to make it about something else. You've lost bigtime, and your trumpy sort of blatant flouting of facts doesn't work with me. Go back to your nanobubble.
