No he wasn't. He was a good street poet. His cadence was weird. There were literally hundreds of rappers during his time that would have destroyed him in any type of battle situation(cypher). I want to like rap, but I just can't. The messages are on point, but the cadence and rhyme are just terrible to my ears. Freon De La - Stakes Is High Tribe - Midnight Marauders Those are old albums, but imho, 2 of the top ten of all time. Not difficult to find online. Most of the tracks are on YouTube, but like most really good albums, they should be listened to from start to finish. |

HUGE fan of not just Bach, but all Baroque music, especially when done to synthesizer. I bought Switch on Bach when the performer still went by Walter..(68 or 69). It was a game changer. Have you listened to Chris Thili perform Bach on mandolin? |
