He would fail. All he can do is establish guidelines and fund, defund or withhold funding. Even his base won't support him much beyond that. trumP's supporters are a different story. Or that after about 100 years in federal politics he didn't understand the Constitutional limitations on the authority of the President? Any person paying attention that is legitimately concerned about the role of the executive branch in protecting civil liberties, that is concerned about executive over reach, that is concerned about unconstitutional actions, that is concerned about authoritarianism had their asshole pucker up so tight that it could have clipped a cigar when he uttered that statement. If he was ever given the opportunity to attempt what he said he would do he would make Trump look like Jesus in comparison. This is why Biden cannot be President. You are going to try to elect a place holder for an unelected bureaucracy. A figurehead, nothing more. They will run over his ass like no tomorrow. |

One shot every time you pull the trigger. That is not our assault rifle. Those you have a choice, switch and you can hold the trigger and it will fire rapidly until empty. That is an assault rifle. |

That's quite a stretch to say that restricting a certain type of firearm is equivalent to eradicating the 2nd amendment. You fear something that does not exist, which is why you cannot produce even a single quote that mimics Castro. I'm a liberal, yet I have no problem with the 2nd amendment. You have a right to own a weapon, but not any weapon, and not as many as you want, and you cannot use them any way you choose. There has to be boundaries. Why would I want to protect idiots smashing car windows, lighting them on fire, breaking into stores and stealing all that they can carry. These are not protesters. These are the ones I would rather shoot. But being the law abiding citizen that I am, I will wait. Our police sooner or later, or the National Guard will break some heads and stop this BS. And just so you know, if I am ever attacked, I have a right to protect myself. And if I saw the BLM bastard shoot that man, I have the right to shoot him because he is a danger to other people, and I could even shoot him in the back as he is running away. He killed that man. And if the police or National Guard ever needed any help to stop the overthrow of our government, the militia would be there. |
