Yes. And he won on this topic. With the mandate gone, there is no tax and so the only leg that Obamacare was standing on is gone. It is now unconstitutional even for the dumb ass chief justice. |

I'm all for replacing the ACA with a better system. What's Trump and the GOP have on deck? And a better system has been proposed by some, such as "Medicare for All".
But Trump et al are extremely unlikely to propose anything that improves on the ACA.
Which is why we need to take back both the White House and the Senate, as well as hang onto the House, this November.
This is not to say that the ACA is not a big improvement over what went before.
