Why did Trump say Obama, Biden, Comey and the rest should apologize?

General Flynn has had to spend a few million dollars in legal fees throughout this mess. His time and money are valuable. That hate of the dems toward the military showed its evil head (and the rest of the body of the dem party), and that's not going to going away. Plus, in case you haven't noticed, the dems aren't that wild (in a positive way) about the President. It's definitely a roller coaster ride for all concerned.

Is Flynn free?
What are the odds of the court of appeals decision being appealed?
It's not over.

Greg The entity that would challenge the ruling is the entity that asked for this ruling. But, now, begins the litigation portion. Expect Flynn to take the FBI to court to get his legal fees reimbursed.

Sure, I'll hate a member of the military if they are a traitor to the country.
Who wouldn't?

Not even close to being over.

I would not want to be the FBI and have Gen Flynn rightfully angry with me. I know that Hell has no fury like a woman scorned, , except for the furyn of a five star (I think) General whose reputation has been greatly damaged by lies, lies, and then more lies.

Yes, Flynn's lies greatly damaged himself. He even admitted to them.

I am not wrong: The court ordered Judge Sullivan to dismiss the case. He cannot defy the order or he will be in contempt of court. It will be dismissed. The only entity that wouldn't want that to happen is the Justice Department and they asked Sullivan to drop the charges as well. There is no party of interest that can and will appeal this move. It is over.

No, it's not over. From the Times article:
"But the full appeals court has the option of reviewing the matter, and Judge Sullivan did not immediately dismiss the case in response to the ruling. Instead, he suspended deadlines for further briefs and a July 16 hearing in his review, suggesting he was studying his options or waiting to see what the broader group of judges might do."
It ain't over.

It ain't over. Greg LMAO...Your source is Greg? The full appeals court won't review it because the justice department and the defendant want the same thing. There is no benefit to re-reviewing a case that all parties agree upon. The only thing that should be reviewed here is Judge Sullivan's position as a judge. Anyone that thinks the entire appeals court will review this ruling is just holding onto hope that an innocent man will be jailed and that the guilty parties will go unpunished in the name of politics.

Flynn is a traitor who should be doing time.
That's not to say our national security apparatus is a monstrosity that needs halved, then halved again.
Flynn is still a lying liar who sold his soul to the highest bidder.
