The quote in the OP claims this ruling means the Open Society loses its 1A protection in the US... when the brief suggests that the 1A protection only applies to the US entity, not its foreign affiliates.
The Open Society is not losing 1A protection. It's foreign affiliates are.
The Open Society is not seen as an "international threat."
This is Q level idiocy. We can and should do better.
