Well, at least she won't be catching Covid at the lemming festival.
It seems like common sense to keep a safe distance from large wild animals like bison - especially avoiding threatening the young ones. But then it's also common sense to avoid an event when so many potential covid carriers will be roaming around in public without any face covering.
Natural selection?

I know I am so evil, I had a black friend that we were partners raising pigs, and what he called beefalos. Cattle that were half buffalo. Frank was a good friend, he was older than me and has passed away. He was a GM employee too. He was the one in charge of all the air condition working for the company, and a few other things. After work we would go and clean the barn, feed the animals, share a bottle of booze, then go home. We also kept my middle daughters horses there on that property that was a friend of Franks. I remember one of those beefalo scratching an itch on franks small car, and it was almost lifting the wheels off the ground. Frank smacked it with a broom and drove it into the barn, mooooo. Did you ever have a beefalo burger? I also have a friend, a Rat Pack member that is an American Indian. Whenever we had a cookout for the club and nonmembers could come for a small fee, he would set up a stand and cook beefalo burgers for everyone. I also have another friend that is an American Indian. He was not a member of our club, but he rode with us. He was a Waterbury cop. We all celebrated some of the holidays at his beautiful home, with the bar and pool table on the first floor. He is retired now. He would open the door and be wearing an Indian head dress with feathers that ran all the way down his back to the floor. Chief for sure.

None of my bikes are registered or insured, these days, haven't been for a decade, but they all run, or could run. Just got a renewal notice on #1: It costs as much to register now as a car. WTF?
Anyway, I have thought of putting one on the road again, but between the tickets and get-offs, I hesitate. I can see why you old farts prefer Harlies and cruiser bikes. Less physical effort than a sport bike. But I managed to survive my second childhood and now I'm more interested in other forms of pointless entertainment.

Hey, these days... getting my fat, tired and old ass up on a bike is a major accomplishment. Greg

I hasten to add that I feel sorry for the woman. It's reported that she suffered "severe pelvic injuries". Wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Greg. I bought my first Harley when I was a 15 years old. I had worked on a tobacco farm and saved my money. My mom wasn’t too happy about that one. And while I was an apprentice machinist, I got my private pilot’s license. I was 19. That is why when I looked at joining the air force and they wouldn’t guarantee I would be a pilot I didn’t join. I have not flown since I moved to Florida, about 12 years now. I have one uncle that was a commercial pilot, and one uncle that was a private pilot like me. My wife didn’t like flying with me too much. She gets a little quezey riding in the back seat of a car. I had trouble keeping up with her when we rode our motorcycles.
