Rick was before my time on the old LNF, although the name is familiar to me because Bama has mentioned him more than once.
Ah, Rick, my old nemesis. A very bright and artistic man. We disputed vigorously but became good friends (well..."online friends," never had the pleasure to meet in person). His unexpected death shook me hard. |

Shouting from outside isn't forum worthy. Registration seems a simple ask.. Feedback? I hope this is the right place for feedback. Honestly, it was almost a major problem for me to register. The dang activation dealie was what wanted to bury me somewhere in the never-never world. I even called to my husband , my personal computer guru, and told him that our computer hated me again. He did his normal thingee which is hitting every icon available, and here I am. I have one question. May I disagree with people on the board? Evidently, he-who-shall-be-nameless didn't much care for that over at the board from which I sprung. I don't call names; in my mind they say nothing political, Anyway, thanks for accepting me onto this board. We'll see how it goes. At least I got my toe in the water. |

Is there a way to increase the font or type size here? For me the words are super tiny. Thank you. I have to make the type bigger everywhere I go. Try going to the top of the screen. Click on the three little dots at the right hand side. The type is usually set at 100 and my old eyes need 150. It works for the day, everywhere I go, and then the next day I begin again. It just takes seconds. Hope it works for you. |

I'm not sure why you had a problem but glad you made it.. We could use some of the wisdom of age here so if you know of someone old and wise .. ask them to join ..  I have one question. I believe that only way to stop you from 'disagreeing' would be to ban you from posting à la Solar.. We don't do that here. Our egos are not that fragile. Disagree all you'd like.. just don't start uploading porn, n-wording or posting vegetarian andouille recipes .. Anyway, thanks for accepting me onto this board. We'll see how it goes. Archie wasn't even on the 2nd LNF right? Maybe he just disappeared with the original forum or went to the Echo Chamber.

Having trouble with registration is why I never joined that BlueRidge group. Not sure why they make it so freaking difficult to make an account and post. This one was pretty simple for me.
