Tick…tick…tick… Our Las Vegas trip is just a few days away! We leave this Tuesday and will attend FOUR live wrestling events in seven days - including AEW’s spectacular Fan Fest at the Mandalay Bay! Best of all? This morning I purchased a “Meet & Greet” ticket to meet my favorite wrestler of all time: STING! It cost me $150 for the Meet & Greet, but it will be so worth it! You're such a stalwart christian extremist, it's a bit odd that you'd be so enthusiastic about going to sin city. Do the words "cognitive dissonance" mean anything to you? |

Adults don’t belittle Christians about going to Las Vegas because they are bigots about Christians and Christianity. Adults recognise that there is a conflict of moral choices between being a stalwart radical christian and a customer of Las Vegas, which of course rules you out, since you've never said anything that could be construed as adult. |

You know why gambling is considered a sin, that is, a more important sin than the usual ones? It's because Jesus' tormentors gambled away his possessions. So while Jesus was tortured people would throw dice rejoicing in getting his coat, for example. So that in memory of Jesus' suffering faithful christians abstain from gambling. Of course, you don't give a hoot about that because you only care about Jesus when it suits you, right? Just like the rest. |

Las Vegas is based on gambling, gambling is its reason for existing. Everything else is but a means of attracting more people to the gambling tables and the one armed bandits and such... Without gambling Las Vegas wouldn't exist, it would be an insignificant speck in the middle of a desert. The roads, the buses, the airports (several of them!!!), the restaurants, the instant weddings, everything is only there to attract more and more gamblers. You can't possibly ignore that. |
