I consider myself centrist. The problem IMHO is that the far-right is so dang FAR right.
Most first world countries have health care for all. Therefore it's not "left" to expect that from the United States. IMHO.

One is so absurdly Right-wing that no UK politician could reasonably expect to be elected on its fantastically extreme policies. And you also have the Republicans. |

Regardless of our political differences, I'd like to express my appreciation to our host for his management so far of this forum. Being the hall monitor for a balanced forum like this is tough; that's a lot of different personalities (and varying levels of maturity) to have to deal with.
Hopefully we can round up a few more of the old LNF regulars once that see that this is a safe place to be.

Here's the trick, it doesn't actually require hall monitors. There's only one moderator I see and that's admin. The problem with most forums is that the admin gets a power trip. Cool headed admin = cool forum.

IMHO the midpoint of this forum's political identity thus far would be just right of center.
