Funny, of the 50 largest American cities, about 24% are Republican. About 74% are Democratic. With about 4% Independent.
Of cities with more than 1 million residents, six are Dem, one is Rep, 1 is Ind.
Does this mean that Republicans, by and large, are incapable of leading the largest cities?
Seems so.

the experiment is over...look at every place rioting, and where the looting and destruction is...they are all dem run places...all of them...and many run by black politicians and police chiefs...and the people who vote for them, are bitching about them...well, no..not bitching...they are rioting, looting and killing and destroying...
and the pathetic part, is the dems have the gaul to say vote for me, and I'll make it better...they've controlled these cesspools for decades...and worse, the idiots doing the rioting and killing and looting, will put them back in office...

I'm pretty sure holt is a republican...I know he was the youngest mayor ever there..I think, maybe 2nd youngest ever elected...and he is native american...he got almost 80% of the vote... their crime rate is a fraction of the top leading crime cities... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_cities_by_crime_ratepls don't pull a wads on me and write: "so you are saying there is no crime in oklahoma city" |

Well, they had "unrest" in Oklahoma City, just like they did in other places. It's not a Dem run city. That doesn't seem to jibe with your theory of unrest.
