Jesus. Why are people such little bitches. People like that are the same people that say businesses should be able to refuse customers for any reason. I hope he got arrested for assault.

How do you maintain security while practicing "social distancing"? Why is the security guy's mask not covering his nose?
Imagine if that moron customer actually had COVID-19? Not just the other customers, but the employees are now exposed...especially that security guard.

They're like that guy who died from multiple tumors after having transported victims of the Chernobyl catastrophe (by helicopter) for a very long time... Well, sort of...

Lots of people leave the mask off their noses, for good reasons. One, if you wear glasses, often breath from the nose will fog them up so you can't see. Two, cheaper paper masks don't breathe too good. Three, some cheap paper masks are too small to cover both mouth and nose. Four, most aerosols and potential virus carrying droplets are emitted come from the mouth, especially when talking or shouting, not from the nose. Five, non N-95 masks do not protect the wearer from covid19, even if the nose is covered.
Recently I found some good paper masks that actually allow me to leave my nose covered all the time. Before that I could only find el cheapos (except they were more expensive than the good ones I just got) that didn't breathe well and didn't cover both nose and mouth.
I'm going back to get more of the good ones tomorrow.
(ps-I tested negative for covid19 last month, and am awaiting results of a test I took on Tuesday. How about you?)

Never been tested. Haven't had symptoms of anything strong enough to warrant a test.

Well, there we have it. Noted public health authority and medical expert DJV has spoken.

Perhaps you should wear a plastic bag over your head.

Honestly, I don't think you're in any risk of dying unless you have some other health problem or are very old. Agreed. I'm not concerned about my own health (although I'd rather avoid something like this if I can). I would be more concerned with the people around me...at least one friend has compromised immunity and my mom is old with a history of both heart and lung issues. I would prefer not to be a transmitter even if I don't get really sick.

You know that by the time you show some symptoms and get tested positive, you'll have probably already contaminated every unprotected one around you.

I mean, I could have gotten it the first week. I could have not gotten it the first week, and then gotten it the second week. I should just get tested every week? Even if I did have it, I have limited my exposure to "those around me" through social distancing, wearing a mask in public places, etc.

You are quick with the quick one liners. Have you ever posted anything of substance requiring even a tiny bit of thought?
