I'm Jewish, and it sounds like a Bible thing, but I have no idea what it means. Is it supposed to be 2nd Corinthians?

Yes, the Apostle Paul wrote two letters to the Christians in Corinth. They are usually referred to as "First" and "Second" Corinthians. |
