Greg. My brother’s girlfriend had an accident on her motorcycle this morning. She has a broken collarbone and some sore ribs. She is one hell of a good rider, better than a lot of guys. She rides a big Harley, good thing she knew she had to lay it down and slide into the car and was smart enough to keep her top leg into the seat as she slid on the crash bars. She has some road rash too. She was going down the road and a car coming the other way made a left turn to pull into his driveway. She had a headlight on, and two spotlights and it was broad daylight. Why didn’t he see her coming? She was taken to emergency room, and my brother went and got her home. He said that hospital was packed, you could hardly walk in the hallway. Yes, he wore a mask. Waterbury Hospital.

Glad she's OK Archie. Every time I take my scoot out my wife gives me the stank eye. Yes, I have a crash bar on my FXR as a "just in case".

Hi Greg. I talked with my brother and her this morning. She is still hurting a bit and has one arm in a sling. She is waiting to see her own doctor now, he has all the x-rays. You can see the posts from the shit head pussy guys here. They don’t know how good it is to be able to ride, and they don’t know how you have to be careful. I went down once when I was on my way to Laconia New Hampshire. It started to rain, and a while later some wet rail road tracks across the road got me. I was down before I knew it. Lucky me and the bike were not hurt much. All the years I have been riding on the road, I have been very lucky. My brother told me now with all the illegals living in Connecticut, it doesn’t seem that they know what stop signs and red lights are. And forget about them having insurance, and even registration sometimes.
