He wants to open schools, wants college football to be played, wants concerts, basically wants the country to be wide open and to turn the nation into a super spreader event. If he had his way we'd probably be looking at over ten million infected Americans by election day.
The LNF trumpaloons and the like will vote for him no matter what, but that doesn't get him to 270. Currently it looks to be about 170. How does this type of action expand his base to get him the win?
Maybe his plan is to not win. He really seems to hate the actual work that goes along with the job. Bet he'd rather be golfing now that he's not going to be immortalized on Mt. Rushmore.

All Trump really had was the economy. He needs it back, no matter how many people have to die. He's too ignorant to realize the country is shutting itself down.

At the same time, public statements and debates aren't likely to go Trump's way either. I still agree with you, I think that would be his best bet as well.

At the same time, public statements and debates aren't likely to go Trump's way either. I still agree with you, I think that would be his best bet as well.
They will close the gap, which Trump needs to do. Biden's very charismatic, but he's also a walking gaff machine. I've never seen a candidate apologize as much as that guy has and each time he does, that charisma gets a little more tarnished. |

I really want to see the debates.
If Biden can avoid the emotional reactions to what Trump lures him with, he'll be ok. Everyone will give Trump a pass, as we all know what to expect after these long almost four years. All the pressure is on Biden, can he keep his composure and ignore tge trolling? Will he give in and wrestle in the mud?
Should be revelatory.

As a percentage of the likely voter, the undecideds are very small at this point in comparison to past elections. This cycle is about turn out. |

Historically he's been a pretty good debater, although, admittedly he's lost a step. That said, he's still got enough game to hold his own especially in lieu of decreased expectations. |

Lowering expectations for your opposition is one of the stupidest mistakes a politician can make. The Democrats have been notoriously susceptible to this flaw, but yes, the GOP seems to be about to have a "hold my beer" moment. |
