Throughout history these people always fall prey to those preaching their misery is someone else’s fault

Always support the person who preaches self reliance, family, pride in yourself and your work and is tolerant and charitable.
Run from the person promising to take care of you and punish someone else. It never actually works or makes you happy. It just gives that person power and money.

You can't explain the color blue to a blind person.
No matter what I say, you will not see it the way I do, likely because you consider the changes positive. Right now, you should be appalled at how politicization of the CDC has discredited it. In my 50 years, that has never occurred. It is shameful, and more importantly, dangerous. Look at all the convicted felons Trump hired to work with him. All the people antagonistic to the departments he put them in charge of. I'll bet you think DeVos is great, because she has opened the doors to using MY tax dollars to fund religious private schools.
