He's had that difficulty before, on camera. About a year or more ago, as I recall. It is apparently a form of dementia, related both to Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. He shows other aspects of the malady, including standing in a weird torso leaned forward pose.

It's called "Frontotemporal Dementia"...

Trump's dad also had Alzheimer's, or at least that's what was diagnosed, for the last ten or so years of his life. And apparently there is a strong genetic component, so it should not be surprising to see Trump losing his mind now.

His piss poor diet, bizarre sleeping habits, and aversion to exercise no doubt has not helped with his mental health, perhaps accelerating his mental decline.

Will anyone miss him when he's gone?
