Out of curiosity, what do you call That which animates You?
What is it that most days generates the will and the interest?
How do you name it? Is it self-derived?
Or does it come from somewhere else?

The "soul"? (Just) a couple of (contradictory) options: 1) What "you" consider your "self" is an epiphenomenal manifestation of the physical structure of your brain, the constancy of which is more illusion than fact. 2) The combination of matter and "spirit" (a non-physical vitalizing identity that is dependant for its existence on a supreme personal deity). |
