Apparently the cops (who seemed to be enjoying the encounter majorly) cuffed her because they thought she was trying to walk away from them. Right.
They finally released her, without charges.
The problem? Well it wasn't with her top. It was with the thong she was wearing. As the bikini wearer stated, "Some Karen decided she was offended by my body".
