"Black Comedy" is NOT film with Black actors or situations. Black comedies are films with plots that are dark, and under ordinary circumstances, would be repulsive, usually involving murder. What makes them stand out is they are so damn funny. Some examples of "Black Comedies" off the top of my head:
14. Shoot'em Up
13. Weekend at Bernie's 12. Crime Spree 11. Grosse Pointe Blank 10. Dr Strangelove 9. Fargo 8. Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels 7. Snatch 6. The Assassination Bureau 5. The Wrong Box 4. Cold Pursuit 3. Get Shorty 2. Kind Hearts and Coronets 1. Arsenic and Old Lace

OK, I cannot say I view Fargo as a comedy. It is quite strange, but didn't make me laugh. Of the rest, I think I've only seen or am familiar with three others: Dr. Strangelove, Kind Hearts and Coronets, and Arsenic and Old Lace.
