Get a source that's willing to come forward and then I'll give it some credence.

So, what do you mean when you say, "The article is trash. It's just the Jason Borne movie with a different beginning." Other than to dismiss it out of hand as made up. Read about CIA's attempted assassination of Lumumba. Or the multiple ludicrous attempts to assisinate Castro, for example. All of that reads like fiction. When you understand the history of the CIA ( and not just its assassination attempts), this isn't at all implausible. You've got all kinds of sources on background, because "they came forward," which is what you're going to get when this information is classified and people speaking about it could be prosecuted. No names are going on this unless you have Congressional hearings like the Church Committee, but Congress doesn't do oversight any more.
