You could try that, but my first post was about how there has to be more to the story and I'd like to hear the audio. So, no, I didn't support either person. I only abmonished the employees for not helping the woman up after the fact. So go for it if you like. You'll just be your usual level of foolishness.

Okay, I have to have my memory refreshed. What the heck is a "Karen"?
Also, as someone who used to have to use a cane to lessen the pain of being mobile and having arthritis, I know that if ever I felt physically threatened, my cane would automatically turn into a preventive device against being assaulted. I might have ended up on the floor without the pain deterrent holding me up but it would have been a natural reaction to fear. Protect oneself. I now have bone on bone pain on my knee, and use a walker. It will not be used as a weapon, I can guarantee.
