President Trump .. keeps on winning! Supreme Court denies request to halt construction of the border wall
By: Shannon Bream, Bill Mears Published 1 hour ago The Supreme Court by a 5-4 vote has denied a request to halt construction of President Trump’s border wall over environmental concerns. A number of groups, including the ACLU and Sierra Club, had asked the high court to get involved again after the justices last year cleared the way for the administration to use military funds for construction while the case played out in the courts.
A federal appeals court had ruled against the administration last month, but the justices, for now, have given another temporary victory to the administration. "The fight continues,” said Dror Ladin, a staff attorney with the ACLU’s National Security Project. “Every lower court to consider the question has ruled President Trump's border wall illegal, and the Supreme Court’s temporary order does not decide the case. We’ll be back before the Supreme Court soon to put a stop to Trump’s xenophobic border wall once and for all.”

There there now demoncraps, don't cry. Maybe your friends from the Marxist left will appeal again real soon to the Supreme Court, .. hoping to stop President Trump from building our border wall again, .. to which he has EVERY f-ing right to do! --- of course, the demoncrap party leftists WANT and ENCOURAGE illegal aliens to come illegally into the United States, .. just as the demoncraps also WANT them to try to vote illegally!
It's all true, .. every damn word I just wrote above.

That’s what makes it illegal, not some environmental law.

The Scotus ruling did NOT say it was ''illegal''! I don't need the SCOTUS to read the Constitution to me before understanding what it says. If I did, I never would have accused Obama of violating it either, which I have. Nor would I be able to disagree with Roe v. Wade, which I do. And this SCOTUS case didn't deal with the issue I brought up, so if course they didn't mention it. The President can't constitutionally spend money on a purpose for which Congress didn't allocate it. I don't need the SCOTUS to pass a ruling to understand that.

I want that wall built. And most Americans do. It is for our safety and to help our laws be held. Many countries for hundreds of years have surrounded their cities or countries with walls. And there is one that really impresses me. Built as it is at that time, amazing. The Great Wall of China. Good night, I have to finish cleaning the house tomorrow and see how that hurricane is doing. I will charge my generator up and see if I have to use the metal shutters. I bought a bit of extra food today for me and the dogs. Maybe I should have got an extra bottler of wine too. Hmmmm

I want that wall built. And most Americans do. The poll numbers don't seem to support that. Granted, this article was from February of last year, but if things had swung in Trump's direction since then, I think he'd be talking about the wall a lot more. LINK

And as this past national election pointed out so well, we are not ruled by polls, thank God. We are not a Democracy; we are a Republic.

Greg _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Greggy, ... keep on DREAMING, the ONLY way Biden can beat Trump is through MASSIVE mail-in VOTER FRAUD! -- That's WHY your fellow demoncraps WANT mail-in voting, .. because, voter fraud is HARD to prove with mail-in votes! The evil Pelosi bitch keeps screaming for mail-in voting, .... and she is using the Covid 19 for the excuse to MANDATE mail-in voting. Greggy, .. when President Trump wins reelection, .. will you FINALLY admit that your corrupt liberal news media lies and distorts in it's news reporting?

I can't wait, .. after President Trump WINS reelection this November, and he WILL, ... he'll likely get at least 1 or 2 more picks for the Supreme Court, and perhaps we can do better than by a 5 to 4 decision etc. with court issues.
Hopefully ... Trump won't pick a two-faced phony Conservative Judge like John Roberts who proved to be a 'blessing' in disguise for the liberals and demoncrap party pwogwessives.

I was wondering if you objected both to Archie saying most people wanted the wall and the poll I posted which says most people don't, or if your objection was just to one of us. Had I not posted the evidence that refutes Archie's claim, would you still have been motivated to object to Archie's post regarding the opinions of most Americans?

You gotta love the people defending Trump's abuses of executive authority (congress has the power of the purse) talking about how "we are a republic, not a democracy."
