Easy.
For pictures, get a url address for a photo or other image, with the extension such as .jpg, .gif, etc. Then Select what looks like a little picture in the first line of the post box, you know, the line that begins with "Font Face". The picture is about 3/4 down the line. Click on it, and then in the image URL box just paste the url of your photo/picture/image.
For videos, similarly, just get the URL and past that into the video post box, which you can get by clicking on what looks like a film strip or something. Easiest to do if you just right click on a youtube video and copy the address of a video you want to post. If you want to post one of your homemade porn videos, you're on your own.

OK, you're in the mobile version. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the "Desktop" version. Font will be tiny on your phone, but you can then see options for adding pics and video and other stuff. When you're done, scroll back down to the very bottom of the page and select "mobile" version. That gets you back.

Once upon a time some friends of mine started a racing team named Team PBR.
They claimed it meant "Pot Belly Racing". But we all knew it meant Pabst Blue Ribbon.
I'm not sure if they ever finished a race. But they had a good time.
