I ran across this quite by chance. It is so sad.
Occurred on May 2, 2018, at Savannah/Hilton Head Airport, Georgia.
The video lists what the crew did wrong, and the video shows actual footage of the last moments.

I've seen videos like this one on YouTube but I can't watch them. In fact I avoid them. As a former AWACS crewdawg, I choose not to see fellow aircrew members losing their lives. Just me.

Understandable.
The actual crash isn't shown until the last 30 seconds or so of the video. The still at the start looks like a photoshop simulation.
What I found most interesting is how this tragedy happened. It was a sequence of bad decisions and failures to follow procedure. First, the #1 engine had just been serviced but never fully tested. Then the pilot(s) decided not to perform a halt before the takeoff to make sure everything was OK. Then, when the #1 engine started running very poorly in the takeoff run, they could have aborted the flight but didn't. The plane still could have taken off safely but for the pilots' decision to apply left rudder which led to the roll, loss of lift, and near vertical dive into the earth. There were probably more errors such as failure to follow procedure but that's what I recall.
In other words, it didn't have to happen, and nine lives were lost.

That's the hard part. We get to the point where we regard air travel as routine and safe. It's neither, especially when important safety routines are ignored.
Kind of wonder if the pilots were drunk at takeoff.

Which one?
This is the first one Google found. But there were several more:

List of B52 accidents (googled)
From a basic google search:
1963, Elephant Mountain, Maine. turbulence-induced structural failure. 7 of 9 aboard died, pilot and navigator survived. 2008, Guam, crashed into ocean, all six on board died. Cause attributed to system malfunction. 1964, Savage Mtn, PA. Loss of vertical stabilizer due to turbulence. Three of five crew perished. Two nukes recovered intact. 1968, Thule, Greenland. One of seven crew died. Cause attributed to a cabin fire. Convenitonal high explosives in the four nukes on board detonated. Extensive marine radioactive contamination. 1961, Goldsboro, North Carolina. Three of eight crew died. One of two 3-4 megaton nuclear weapons came close to detonation. One had to be left buried 180 feet deep on site. 1961, Yuba City, California. B52 experienced explosive decompression, and then ran out of fuel and crashed outside city. All eight crew bailed and survived. Both nuclear weapons safe. However, use of dexadrine by crew during previous 24 hour flight alleged to be cause of fuel shortage and subsequent crash. 1971, Lake Michigan. Left wing spar structural failure. All nine crew perished. No nuclear weapons on board. 1968, Kadena, Japan. Aborted takeoff resulted in ignited fuel load and subsequent fully loaded conventional bomb detonation. Two of seven crew perished.
